Warranty Conditions

Returning a product generally depends on the following conditions:

 

• If we receive damaged and faulty products within the first 7 days after the delivery date, the transportation cost will be covered by us. Otherwise, the transportation cost belongs to our customer. The products to be returned must be delivered to us by the cargo companies that TURBO SILICONE HOSE sent your order to you.

 

• You can return the products you purchased, without damaging or using them and without impairing the resalability of the product, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, by stating the reason.

 

• Products that have been used, opened, damaged, etc. cannot be returned.

 

• Returns of products with original packaging must be made with the original packaging.

 

• The product to be returned must be returned with a return invoice to be issued in the name of our company; in cases where it is not possible to issue a return invoice, the original invoice and delivery note for the product must be returned. In cases where the return invoice or the original invoice and delivery note cannot be obtained, financial liabilities such as VAT etc. arising from this will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

 

• If any writing, opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, etc. is detected on the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.

 

• In cases where the return conditions are met, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
